Our partnership with Golden Manor allows families to access a high-quality playgroup experience while also building strong connections with our school from the very beginning. This close collaboration helps children feel confident, familiar, and excited about starting school when the time comes.

Children attending Golden Manor benefit from a carefully planned transition into school life, supported by both settings working closely together.

Daily Transport to School

To make this partnership even stronger, we provide a daily minibus service that collects children from Golden Manor and brings them to Penrhyn School each afternoon.

This allows playgroup children to:

• Spend time on the school site

• Become familiar with the school environment

• Experience the rhythm of school life

• Build confidence in the setting before starting Reception

These regular visits make the move into full-time school much smoother and more comfortable for children.
